With over 30 years of experience improving processes, programs, and profits, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a touch of humor to our team. A proactive, technologically savvy visionary, Phoenix has a knack for building long-term relationships and enhancing client retention. From founding Phoenix Business Development Consultants to contracting as VP of Business Development for a pre-capital startup, she's been at the forefront of strategic partnerships and networking.

Phoenix is as comfortable in the boardroom as she is outside with a tool in hand. She is also a single parent, having raised a young woman who is training to join the US Navy. An ardent member of the BTS ARMY, Phoenix brings fun and dynamic energy to the office. She’s known for her random yet insightful advice. She loves North Carolina, especially Raleigh and its mountain areas. She embodies the spirit of adventure and community, making her an invaluable asset to The Residential Advantage, Inc.
