With over 30 years of experience improving processes, programs, and profits, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a touch of humor to our team. A proactive, technologically savvy visionary, Phoenix has a knack for building long-term relationships and enhancing client retention. From founding Phoenix Business Development Consultants to contracting as VP of Business Development for a pre-capital startup, she's been at the forefront of strategic partnerships and networking.

Beyond the boardroom, Phoenix is a single mom with a daughter who while applying for her PhD, is teaching Biology at a North Carolina Triad high school. Whether she's navigating fine dining or raw camping, Phoenix adapts to the circumstances. She is as comfortable negotiating with a pen in hand as she is using construction tools. Known for her expansive network and infectious enthusiasm, she’s an unstoppable force in both her professional and personal life.

An ardent member of the BTS ARMY, Phoenix brings a fun and dynamic energy to the office. She’s known for her random yet insightful advice, leaving everyone wondering, "Does she really know what she’s talking about?" Spoiler: she does. With a love for North Carolina, especially Raleigh and its mountain areas, she embodies the spirit of adventure and community, making her an invaluable asset to The Residential Advantage.
